Preparing for the Journey Home Workshop

Five Lakes Church is hosting a free half-day workshop designed to help individuals and families prepare for important end-of-life decisions before those decisions have to be made.

Preparing for the Journey Home will provide practical information and guidance on topics including estate planning, wills and trusts, senior living options, burial and cremation, funeral and cemetery planning, and finding hope and peace when considering death and eternity.

The workshop is for adults of all ages, whether you are beginning to think about your own future or helping a parent, spouse, family member, or friend make important decisions. Planning ahead can help ensure your wishes are understood while easing the burden on loved ones during an already difficult time.

The workshop is free and open to the community. Advance registration is requested.
