Proclaim FM 102.3 Christian radio station, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to lead and grow our advertising and sponsorship sales efforts. This individual will play a key role in helping local businesses and ministries connect with our loyal and values-driven audience while supporting the mission of sharing hope and encouragement through uplifting content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sell radio advertising, sponsorships, and digital packages that align with client goals.
• Create customized proposals and presentations for businesses and ministries.
• Meet monthly revenue goals through proactive outreach and client support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account details.
• Collaborate with the station team on promotional opportunities and on-air mentions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales; radio advertising sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable presenting to business owners, marketing directors, and church leaders.
• Knowledge of the local community and a heart for Christian ministry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in media or broadcast advertising sales.
• Understanding of Christian radio audiences and listener-supported funding models.
